We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges due to customer preference, including differences in size, color, or image expectations, or for items that have been worn.

If you have any questions about a product, please contact us before placing your order.

We sell products based on information provided by our suppliers and manufacturers. For imported items, information such as materials and country of origin is based on supplier descriptions. Natural stones are sold without gemological certificates or authentication documents unless otherwise stated.

Returns are accepted only for unused items in new condition and only if you contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Refunds are limited to the product price (including tax) and shipping charges. Any appraisal fees, transaction fees, customs duties, taxes, or other related expenses are non-refundable.

If a package is returned to us due to an extended absence, refusal of delivery, or an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for all reshipping costs, return shipping fees, packaging fees, and any related expenses.
